About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, taking out trash and recycling, and completing daily cleaning projects. This role also involves supporting the recycling program, assisting with food preparation as needed, and ensuring the dish station is set up to Sundance standards. The position requires the ability to lift significant weight and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear and taste or smell.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish station to Sundance standards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and linen.
• Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.
• Support recycling program.
• Complete daily cleaning projects.
• Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes.
• Restock lines with clean dishes.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
