About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping the dish area clean and safe. He or she is responsible for ensuring all dishes, pits, pans, utensils, and tableware are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with local health department regulations. The dishwasher plays an important role by ensuring the food service team has all the proper dishes and equipment needed to serve guests.
