About The Position

The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to ensure smooth food & beverage operations and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Prior dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
Ensure all dishes are properly stored in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, trash areas, and loading dock.
Dispose of trash and recycling following hotel guidelines and safety standards.
Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as directed by chefs or supervisors.
Follow all sanitation, health, and food safety regulations.
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and report any malfunctions immediately.
Support kitchen team by keeping areas stocked, organized, and clean.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.
