About The Position
Chili’s Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members help set the pace for each restaurant shift by providing dependable, fast service. The Dishwasher washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeps the dish room and equipment clean and organized; works quickly to keep up with the restaurant’s pace; and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Some weekend and holiday shifts are required. The role is available on a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.
