About The Position
Dishwashers are Kitchen Team Members, referred to at Chili's as the Heart of House. They help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The role involves washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Team members work quickly to keep pace with the restaurant and may work some weekend and holiday shifts.
