This is an entry-level position suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses. The role involves cleaning all plates, utensils, pots and pans, and food preparation equipment, either manually or using a dishwashing machine. It also includes stacking and putting away cleaned items, and cleaning general kitchen areas and all equipment used. The position is within the Food Production (Kitchen) Department.
