About The Position
Dishwashers at Reata must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. They are organized, efficient, and provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs as needed with assistance.
- Continuous use of hand and arms.
- Continuous standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and twisting.
Responsibilities
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and dressed in proper uniform.
- Safely operate a commercial dish machine.
- Safely use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
- Re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines.
- Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time.
- Meet minimum food prep requirements.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guests' safety.
