About The Position

Dishwashers help keep our kitchens clean and running smoothly by washing dishes, maintaining sanitation, and supporting the food & beverage team. This fast-paced role is key to keeping things efficient and safe behind the scenes. Positions are available at various locations on and around the mountain—placement will be determined upon hire. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Strong hand/eye coordination
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Lift approximately 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler and Allergy training certificate or must attend Food Handler and Allergy training certification courses for Alterra Mountain Company within 14 days of employment (provided).

• Food and Beverage experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash large volumes of dishes, utensils, and food service equipment for high volume restaurants.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
• Comply with uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
• Support bussing tasks in guest areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
