Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Keep the dish area clean and organized
- Restock clean dishes and supplies
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning as needed
