In this position, you’ll stock our "Grab & Go" section with well-prepared, high-quality meals as well as prepare dishes for several airport restaurants. You’ll join a team dedicated to keeping food fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, delighting travelers and building something unique together. Must be able to use all forms of kitchen equipment
Must be able to work in various temperature climates
Must be able to pass an FBI background check
Experience or interest in prep cooking, line cooking, and kitchen operations within restaurant, food service, or hospitality environments.
Backgrounds in food preparation, knife skills, portioning, kitchen organization, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards are highly relevant.
Experience as a prep cook, line cook, kitchen assistant, or back-of-house team member.
