Attached to il Mercato at the lake, our creative menu sources the freshest ingredients that highlight the peak of each season. Now Hiring Dishwashers. You will keep our Back of House / Kitchen area squeaky clean. By cleaning dishes, pots, Dish Machine Operator / DMO, you will help us adhere to strong safe food handling and cleanliness rules. This restaurant back of house job as a dish washer will focus on dish pit / dish machine operation in which you will be expected to provide efficiency and teamwork. Lavaplatos o friegaplatos o fregaplatos also must interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner in addition to BOH.

- Keep Back of House / Kitchen area clean
