About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 33 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 1,900 employees! We are looking for someone with a love of all things clean and orderly to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist coworkers with tasks such as running the dish machine, food prep, bussing tables, and running food.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great.
Run the dish machine.
Step in with food prep.
Bus tables and run food.
