Responsible for the washing and sanitizing of all tableware, pots and pans, and utensils during restaurant operations. This role involves maintaining the dishwashing machine and associated equipment, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and stored properly, and keeping the kitchen free of garbage and spills. The position requires compliance with sanitation policies, knowledge of chemical usage and safety, and proper trash removal procedures. Additionally, the dishwasher must maintain awareness of property-wide events, attend mandatory meetings and training, and uphold confidentiality. Sensitivity to Native American Culture is important, as is operating within the guidelines of Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual, Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and other applicable regulations to secure the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.
