Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish pit clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Support the BOH team during busy shifts
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Take pride in keeping the kitchen set up for success
