- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including; sorting, pre-washing, providing pre-soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware and kitchen utensils and cooking ware
- Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc
- Ensure floor is clean and dry at all times
- Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed
- Unload pop, food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- During non -dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Other duties as assigned
