Reporting to the Tray line Supervisor, this role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes and pots, handling garbage disposal and kitchen sanitation, and assembling food on patient trays. The position involves participating in tray line functions, setting up the dish room, washing pots and pans, performing major cleaning jobs throughout the kitchen and cafeteria, sweeping and mopping floors, removing garbage, serving and cleaning up for special hospital functions, and adhering to safety standards and hospital policies.
