About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, energetic team player to fill a temporary part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant position in our school cafeteria. Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who shares our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking team members for full and part-time roles in a busy Food Service setting. In a fun, and spirited commercial kitchen setting, you will perform duties on a Dish Line ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented. Must also be willing to roll up the sleeves and pitch in where needed including assisting in kitchen prep, dry stock and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Washing dishes
Cleaning tables and mopping floors
Restocking supplies
Assisting with light food prep as needed
Assisting with serving as needed
Perform duties on a busy Dish Line ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented
Assisting in kitchen prep, dry stock and sanitation
