About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary dishwashing area. Duties include properly operating and monitoring the dish machine, following all safety and sanitation standards, and promptly reporting equipment issues to the Manager or Director of Nutrition Services.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of HACCP processes required
- Understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) practice required
- Must be able to read and write to interpret instructions
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Assembly work and/or food service work experience is preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET equivalent preferred
