About The Position

As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Aide at the Toasted Oak Grill & Market, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen. By ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized, you help create a safe and efficient environment that supports the entire culinary team.

Requirements

Able to work early mornings, days, evenings, and / or weekends
Articulately communicates
Maintain a clean appearance with good hygiene
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Able to remain standing for the duration of shift
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment
Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation
Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean
Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized
Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required
Sweep and mop all storage, kitchen and ice bin area floors daily
In charge of the dish tank, ensuring all dishes are washed daily and area is clean.
Removal and disposal of all boxes from all departments;
