About The Position
Dishwashers will clean and maintain the dishes as well as the kitchen. Dishwashers will also check in and put away food in a timely fashion. A successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean kitchen.
Requirements
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task
- Accuracy in checking in product
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to spend long hours on your feet
Responsibilities
- Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible
- Collecting and washing up pots and pans
- Cleaning crockery and cutlery
- Ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready
- Unloading and checking in equipment and food from deliveries
- Ensuring the storeroom remains organized
- Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitized
