Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and stewarding areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash, and ensuring all kitchens, dish areas, and storage spaces remain clean and sanitary. Stewards/Dishwashers will also assist with locating equipment, organizing inventory, and supporting event setup by preparing dishes, glassware, tables, and buffet dry setups.
