About The Position
Seven Springs Golf and Country Club, part of GreatLIFE Golf, is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join their Food and Beverage team. GreatLIFE Golf is a large golf course ownership and management company with a presence in multiple states. This role offers a fun and casual career in sports and entertainment. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, and availability is required on Fridays through Sundays.
Requirements
- Must be available Friday through Sunday.
- No prior experience or training required.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, etc., in a dish machine or by hand.
- Assists in stocking and rotating incoming products.
- Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
- Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
- Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdown.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
