The dishwasher is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by adhering to all sanitation standards. This is a part-time position. Hours for this position fluctuate depending upon arena event schedule.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of state and local health code requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Less Than High School Education
0-1 Year Experience

Responsibilities

Support culinary, preparation, and pantry areas throughout the arena
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, and pot-scrubbing stations
Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently
Ensure clean dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and organized
Clean and maintain sanitation and dishwashing areas
Follow proper work procedures and comply with all safety and sanitation standards
Maintain organization and proper storage of cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, and related supplies
Develop familiarity with the arena layout to navigate work areas efficiently and assist guests as needed
Work collaboratively with operational partners to ensure event service standards are met
Contribute to maintaining excellent guest service standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
