About The Position

801 Local St. Louis is hiring for a Dishwasher. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink. Welcome to 801 Local, a nearby upscale, comfortable and friendly eatery and cocktail bar where you are always welcome. The menu is eclectic and upscale, featuring seasonal, hand-crafted American cuisine. Our patrons can call 801 Local their own with pride.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain positive attitude and work as team under pressure
• Ability to effectively communicate with BOH team in loud environment
• Must have full availability - i.e., any day of the week, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Regular, predictable and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
• Complete detailed cleaning assignments as needed
• Empty and replace full trash and linen receptacles
• Keep the dish machine clean
• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Maintain clean dish area and kitchen
• Stock and restock smallwares
