As a Dishwasher (Utility Worker), you’ll play a vital part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized, maintain a spotless work area, and assist in general kitchen cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
- Ensure proper levels of cleaning and rinse chemicals are used.
- Inspect dishware and remove damaged or unsafe items from service.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
- Empty trash bins, break down boxes, and assist with deep cleaning as needed.
- Stock deliveries of food and non-food items.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Support a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
