About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Dishwashers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. You will play a crucial part in the overall efficiency and safety of our kitchen operations, embodying our commitment to genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred.
• High volume experience a plus.
• Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality.
• Understand the balance of Texas hospitality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkle and shine.
• Maintain an organized and efficient dish area and back of house environment.
• Understand and uphold the importance of a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen.
• Take the safety of the food, guests, and team seriously.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city, and company regulations.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
