Requirements

• Prior related experience preferred
• Food Handler permit
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Unloads and washes all dishes brought in by bussers.
• Ensures all tableware, glassware and cooking utensils are clean and sanitary
• Takes garbage and trash to dumpster
• Cleans kitchen floor, and sinks to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Unloads delivery trucks
• Other duties as assigned
