About The Position
The Dishwasher / Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stewarding areas while supporting the daily operations of our restaurants, banquets, and culinary team. The Dishwasher / Steward will follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures while helping maintain the high cleanliness standards expected of a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Removing trash
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Ensuring clean supplies are available to the culinary and Food & Beverage teams
