About The Position
Our Dishwashers are an essential part of the Heart of House team, helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is critical to the success of our restaurant, ensuring team members have the tools and equipment needed to deliver exceptional food and service.
Requirements
- Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Prior Dishwasher experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to company and health department standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, and storage spaces throughout each shift.
- Ensure clean dishes and equipment are properly stored and readily available for service.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies as needed.
- Remove trash and recycling, keeping work areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
