About The Position

We are looking for a Dishwasher to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. The primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and small wares for the safety of our employees and guests. This role may also occasionally assist with prep work.

Requirements

Minimal experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Familiar with a variety of dish equipment.
Maintain open and flexible schedule availability.
Ability to hold oneself accountable for actions, successes, and failures.
Ability to be flexible in the work environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
Maintain high-level of personal grooming, cleanliness, and appearance.

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure availability of clean dishes; wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
Prepare and clean kitchen, dining and cook station areas for the next shift.
Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
