About The Position

You’ll ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, while also helping keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and assist in different areas when needed
• Must meet employment requirements, including providing proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and passing background and reference checks
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must be able to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work positively and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
• Continuous use of hands and arms as well as bending, reaching and twisting

Responsibilities

• Properly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dish areas
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed by the management team
