Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred.
  • Understands the philosophy of quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
  • All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the set up and break down meals.
  • Washes dishes IAW ware washing policy.
  • Maintains dish machine and sanitization logs.
  • Assists Supervisor/Manager/Director in assigned tasks as directed
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the department IAW posted cleaning schedule.
  • Reports damage or problems to Supervisor/Maintenance.
  • Keeps supervisor/manager informed of questions, reactions, comments or problems that may arise.
  • Familiar with food service disaster plan.
