About The Position
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, aiming to inspire through its food, service, and spirit. This role is for a Dishwasher at the San Ramon location at Bishop Ranch, 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd. The position is part-time and requires morning availability.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service kitchen preferred
- Knowledge in proper food and drink handling & storage
- Sushi Chefs: 1-2 years culinary experience or culinary education preferred
Responsibilities
- Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations by always practicing safe and sanitary food handling
- Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
- Additional duties may apply specific to each position
