About The Position

Dishwasher (Full Time) No Weekends • No Late Nights • Guaranteed 40 Hours Pay: $17–$18/hour, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends, no late nights) Tired of late nights, split shifts, and working every weekend? Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Food Handler Certification
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Moderate kitchen skills and etiquettes.
Interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects on a consistent basis.
Strong communication, time and resource management and planning skills.
Sense of urgency.
Topnotch Customer service.
Ability to move throughout the café and kitchen in a safe manner.
Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely.
Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the dish machine — load, run, and unload to keep everything spotless and sanitized
Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items to meet top-tier cleanliness standards
Keep the dish pit, floors, and back-of-house areas clean and organized
Assist with food prep tasks like parboiling and salad assembly
Sort and remove trash, maintain soak tubs, and restock clean dishes to the line
Change dishwater in the dish machine every hour
Complete daily food safety logs and uphold all health and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team that values communication and teamwork
