About The Position
The Dishwasher position is about keeping the dish area clean and organized. This role involves loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, restocking all plate ware and silverware on each station, and monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle. The dishwasher will also wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, and prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
