About The Position
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, creating experiences that inspire through food, service, and spirit, rooted in sustainability, respect, and teamwork. They are opening their newest location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026 and are building a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher team to support the kitchen and keep everything running smoothly. Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume food service kitchen
- No prior sushi experience required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
