Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit and kitchen.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery.
• Dispose of trash and recycling.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
