About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Dishwasher to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. With a high quality of cleanliness and sanitation, the quality guest experience starts with you, ensuring the health and safety of guests through exceptional standards, both in the kitchen and food and beverage serving equipment. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination in South Florida, opening in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Delaware North will lead stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, delivering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round.

Responsibilities
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
