About The Position
Delaware North SportsService is hiring a seasonal Barback to join their team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Barback, you will contribute to the team's success by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and providing excellent guest service and support to your team at all times. This is a tipped position, and the hourly minimum pay listed does not include any potential tipped earnings. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination in South Florida, opening in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Delaware North will lead stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, delivering innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round.
Requirements
- No experience or diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Basic math skills for counting inventory
Responsibilities
- Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility
- Stock product in beverage storage; ensure inventory levels of supplies are maintained
- Report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
- Keep work area and equipment neat and clean
- Empty trash containers and take trash to dumpsters if needed
