About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a Dishwasher. You will work with top Culinary Institute of America graduates in a fast paced, high production kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and demonstrates impeccable sanitation and safety standards. This is an afternoon/evening position.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of a kitchen environment, including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices.
- Must be able to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met.
- Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are a must.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen.
- Familiarity with top Culinary Institute of America graduates.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
