About The Position
The kitchen is seeking an enthusiastic team player to work as a dishwasher in a fast-paced environment. The position may also involve helping in the front of house in addition to the back. Individual hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment. The listed pay range is $20–$22.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic knife skills.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time wisely.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate a mechanical, high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes from kitchen departments.
- Dispose of all kitchen trash.
- Help prepare dishes made in the kitchen.
- Put loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in, first out).
- Provide world-class service to guests at the deli counter when needed.
