About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and proper storage of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. The role supports a welcoming guest experience through responsive, friendly, and courteous service, while helping keep the kitchen clean. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or experience in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine according to sanitation specifications so china, glassware, and silverware are thoroughly cleaned.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
