Responsibilities

Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
Keeping dishwashing, prep, and Back of House (BOH) areas clean and organized
Supporting the kitchen team by ensuring clean tools are always available
Assisting with basic cleaning tasks (floors, garbage, recycling, compost)
Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
