Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishwashing machines for use
- Prepare all dirty dishes, silverware, glasses and other food containers for processing through the dishwashing machine
- Organize, stack and return all clean dishes to proper areas
- Polish all silver on a regular or as needed basis
- Clean dish machines, steam pots and griddles, etc.
- Clean floors and walk-ins and other kitchen areas as requested by the Chef
- Communicate on a regular basis with all kitchen and food service staff
- Report to appropriate supervisor any needs, concerns or suggestions
- Other duties as assigned.
