This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and workstations are properly cleaned and organized. The Dishwasher will also assist with transporting food and supplies, managing waste, and collaborating effectively with team members and guests. The position requires adherence to company standards and the Thoughtful Service Model to promote positive employee and guest relations. Duties may be assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Lead Steward and may change over time.
