Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice when things are not clean or properly stored.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Wash and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Manage dishwashing equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures.
- Support kitchen staff during high-volume periods.
