About The Position
Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for a PT Swing Shift Dishwasher for David’s Grill. All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts. This position is ideal for a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- No prior experience required but will train.
- Must be age 16 or older.
- Regular and Reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
- Performs other duties as required.
