About The Position
A dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies for a restaurant. They must keep the dish area and dish machine in clean, working order and may be responsible for stocking the establishment with clean supplies for customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 2 years of Kitchen experience
- Read, write and speak English and Spanish

Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Clean garbage cans with water
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Other task as assigned
