Landscapes Golf Management and Contentment Golf Club are seeking dedicated and reliable Dishwashers to join their team. Requirements

• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and properly store all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware.
• Ensure member and guest health is protected by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas.
• Wash all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils in the dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
• Store all dishes and other wares in their designated proper areas.
• Wash and polish all stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, and walk-in coolers.
• Wash and clean the receiving area and trash areas.
• Collect trash from kitchen areas, empty garbage barrels, and re-line with new bags.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Clean the dishwashing machine after each meal period.
• Assist in food preparation, putting away deliveries, and cleaning coolers, freezers, and storage rooms as needed.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service, and safety expectations.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by club or Company managers.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts.
