The Dishwasher uses specific chemicals for cleaning in the 3-compartment sink, inspects, pulls, and stacks cleaned items, and sends soiled items back for re-washing. They also rack and spray items with hot water, sort and wash silverware, and break down dirty bus tubs. Additionally, the role involves emptying and maintaining trashcans and the dumpster area, cleaning and mopping assigned departments, and disposing of glass in proper containers. Cardboard boxes and recyclables are broken down and placed in the recycle bin. The position requires adherence to company and safety policies, reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and completing safety training. It also involves protecting company assets, communicating clearly and professionally, developing positive working relationships, and supporting team goals. Quality expectations and standards must be met. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing movements like reaching overhead, below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by supervisors.
